I am Jo and I can offer you a safe, supportive, confidential, and non-judgmental environment where you will be able to explore your emotions and uncover your potential.

I am a qualified counsellor, who is a registered member of the  BACP.  I have a Level 4 Diploma in Integrative Counselling and a Level 5 Diploma in Counselling Children and Young People.

I look forward to working with you.
